Principal Engineer/Senior Principal Engineer

. Plan, design and supervise C&S engineering works (e.g. buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks, underground buildings, temporary structures).

. Perform analysis and design for the project.

. Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.

. Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.

. Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.

. Coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.

. Ability to work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works.

. Experienced in leading a team of engineers/drafters to deliver the project objectives, and to represent the Lead Engineer.

Requirements:

. Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

. Min 10 years working experiences in Singapore on structural engineering projects.

. Familiar with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements,and Eurocode.

. Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.

. Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.

. Experience in design/project management works in BIM.

. Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
