Introduction:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to drive embedded Flash/ETOX technology development, process integration, prototyping, device characterization, yield improvement, and customer engagement. The role requires strong expertise in NVM devices, electrical test analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to develop, optimize, qualify, and support advanced semiconductor technologies.
Job Description
ETOX/Flash process/project experience is desired
Process flow setup.
Design rule, generation rules, bias table, ET spec setup.
Prototyping activities from tapeout to lot execution.
New process development as integration role
Device characterization & ET analysis.
Lead in unit module process development & optimization.
Lead in flash retention & endurance performance enhancement.
Yield enhancement.
Handle Process & product qualification.
Interface with IP partners or customer on process, product or technology discussions.
Lead in flash technology development team.
Support corporate-wide new embedded flash customer engagement or business opportunities.
Good attention to detail, well organized and a strong team player who can work well with cross-functional team environment.
Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills using statistical tools such as JMP
Able to perform under face paced and challenging environment
Job Requirements
PhD/Masters (3 years ) /Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (5 years), Materials Science, Physics or related field
Strong knowledge of NVM devices/Process Integration/test methodology, to work out fail mechanism of yield issues and drive low yield issue fixing
Basic knowledge of FA technique
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Electrical Test data & Inline Analysis
Is a team player and strong multi-tasking capability
Excellent communication skills
Able to work in a diverse and inclusive workforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applications including JMP
