  • Hands-on experience with implant tools (e.g., Axcelis, AMAT or equivalent), including setup, operation, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Proven ability in process tuning, beam parameter optimization, equipment matching, and qualification activities.

  • Experience in equipment troubleshooting, process stabilization, and defect reduction methodologies.

  • Solid understanding of process integration, yield improvement, and defect analysis techniques.

  • Familiarity with metrology and analytical methods relevant to implantation processes, such as sheet resistance measurement, SIMS, four-point probe, ellipsometry, and contamination monitoring.

  • Strong analytical capability with experience in DOE, SPC, FMEA, FDC, and structured root cause analysis.

  • Experience supporting technology transfer from development to high-volume manufacturing environments.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge of semiconductor fab safety standards, quality systems, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments, particularly in high-volume production or technology transfer settings.
