Responsible for development, optimization, and qualification of BEOL semiconductor devices and processes to meet performance requirements
DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.
Partner with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance.
Own and drive technical process problem solving.
Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
>2 year's relevant experience for PhD, >5 years for Degree.
Wafer Fab BEOL/interconnect process integration experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a plus.
Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
