THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Principal Engineer (BCD Device Expert) as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Department

THE ROLE

The Principal Engineer (BCD Device Expert) is responsible for:

• Support the development, qualification, transfer, and sustaining of advanced silicon technologies that enable the company's product roadmap and manufacturing objectives.
• Drive BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) device development and optimization to improve performance, reliability, yield, and manufacturability across technology nodes.
• Collaborate with design, process integration, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful technology implementation and product qualification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong experience in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology and semiconductor devices.
• Good knowledge of BCD device design and transistor optimization.
• Experience in technology development, qualification, and transfer to manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
