Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and smooth center functioning.
• Oversee the implementation of a child-centered curriculum aligned with developmental milestones.
• Mentor and evaluate staff to ensure professional growth and effective teaching practices.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and the community to enhance engagement and support.

Requirements:

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Leadership).
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
