Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Digital Capital & Strategy Analyst to operate as a senior individual contributor focused on capital strategy, market intelligence and strategic positioning.

This is not a leadership role.

No people management.

No HR responsibilities.

This role is for someone who thinks independently, understands capital and finance deeply and wants to operate close to strategic decision-making without managing teams.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders, providing analysis, insight and judgment that influences how the company positions itself within evolving financial and digital capital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze capital structures, financial models and strategic market opportunities

Evaluate digital finance and emerging capital frameworks relevant to enterprise clients

Provide high-quality strategic insight to support executive decision-making

Track market developments across finance, risk management and digital capital

Prepare concise analytical briefs, memos and strategic recommendations

Act as an internal thought partner on capital and market positioning

Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, discretion and independence

Requirements

Strong experience in finance, capital strategy, investment analysis or strategic advisory

Deep understanding of how capital, risk and financial decision systems interact

Ability to think independently and challenge assumptions

Comfortable operating close to senior decision-makers

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

High level of discretion and professional maturity

Familiarity with digital finance tools or advanced analytics platforms is an advantage

Compensation

Base Salary: SGD 200,000 320,000 per year

Performance Bonus: Annual bonus linked to strategic impact
