About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Diagnostic Radiography professional to join a leading applied learning institution. This is a hands-on, senior technical role focused on applied learning, laboratory operations, and industry-relevant research.

As a Principal Diagnostic Radiography Expert, you will leverage your deep clinical and technical experience to mentor students, lead applied projects, and manage advanced radiography lab facilities. You will have the opportunity to shape the next generation of radiography professionals while staying actively engaged in clinical and technical innovation

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct lab-based exercises and practical radiography modules.
• Mentor students in Capstone Projects and Integrated Work Study Programmes (IWSP), translating real-world clinical experience into applied learning.
• Lead or co-lead innovation projects in collaboration with healthcare partners or simulated clinical settings.
• Manage laboratories, oversee equipment and resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Stay current with advances in diagnostic radiography techniques and mentor students on best practices.

Requirement :

• Minimum Master's degree or PhD in Radiography or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in acute, community, or clinical rehabilitation settings.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in radiography (general radiography or specialized modalities such as MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Angiography, or Fluoroscopy).
• Experience with simulated clinical environments or educational manikins is a plus.
• Strong applied knowledge of industry practices and procedures.
• Proven ability to mentor and supervise students passion for applied teaching.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve technical problems in healthcare/clinical settings.
• Relevant industrial certifications are an added advantage.
