Principal Consultant

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise payment and API integration initiatives within a banking environment, ensuring seamless deployment across SIT, UAT, and Production while maintaining strict adherence to SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams, to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for digital banking and cross-border payment platforms.

Manage API lifecycle activities including testing, validation, versioning, deployment coordination, and integration troubleshooting using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, and Confluence to ensure high system reliability and performance.

Drive release governance, environment readiness reviews, and change management processes to support predictable deployments and stable production rollouts across complex banking applications.

Support regulatory-driven initiatives aligned with financial compliance standards such as MAS and HKMA while ensuring secure API access through authentication mechanisms and adherence to enterprise security practices.

Monitor system performance, analyze transaction flows, logs, and integration payloads, and coordinate defect resolution to enhance operational efficiency and ensure high-volume payment processing stability.
