Should have 15+ years of overall experience with 8+ years of experience in Banking and financial domain.
Must have extensive experience in IBM FileNet, IBM DataCap, IBM Case Manager, WAS.
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional onsite and offshore teams, overseeing solution design reviews, CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment governance, and delivery execution across multi-country banking programs
Drive enterprise integration strategies involving RESTful services, event-driven architectures, and secure API frameworks while ensuring compliance with banking security standards and high-availability system design principles.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, and business units to define architectural roadmaps, optimize system performance, and deliver scalable digital platforms supporting real-time financial transactions and global operations
