Principal Consultant

Lead end-to-end application delivery of enterprise ICT and banking transformation projects across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including planning, execution, governance, and closure.

Manage multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments covering resource capacity planning, contract lifecycle management (SOW, MSA, WO), procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.

Drive financial control functions including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, billing, cost optimisation, and utilisation tracking using tools such as Clarity, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Excel automation.

Own programme-level risk, audit, compliance, and security governance through RAID logs, internal/external audits, and adherence to enterprise ICT and banking security standards.

Coordinate release management, UAT, SIT, defect remediation, and monthly maintenance releases while ensuring SDLC compliance and quality assurance.

Prepare executive-level reporting including steering committee decks, QBRs, KPI dashboards, and status reports using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and PMO frameworks.

Partner closely with business, technology, and operations teams to translate complex functional and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans across banking platforms
