OTCi is the Leadership Development institution of Singapore's Labour Movement. Founded in 1990, the institute conduct training and development for trade union leaders, labour-management groups and others interested in the industrial and employment relations field.
Job Description
The Principal Consultant will be responsible to design, develop and deliver training programmes for union leaders and staff of the Labour Movement. He/She will:
- Identify training/ programmes to meet the needs of stakeholders
- Design and develop training contents and materials on topics including, but not limiting to, Labour movement and industrial relations, Employment related legislature, Tripartite guidelines, advisories and standards as well as Leadership skills.
- Design, develop and monitor the evaluation of the training.
Requirements:
- A good tertiary qualification, preferably with WSQ Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- 8-10 years of working experience, preferably in industrial relation and/or learning and development.
- Able to connect and build relationship with stakeholders with myriad backgrounds and needs
- Candidate familiar with WSQ and SkillsFuture requirements and/or possess WSQ Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) will be considered favourably.
