About the role
You, as our selected Principal Consultant, will be part of the backbone of our Temenos practice. You will bring high-quality consulting, product implementations well as mentorship capabilities to our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end consulting to our client base in Temenos WealthSuite Front Office, from requirements elicitation to solution design, hands-on implementation, quality assurance, deployment and ongoing support
- Live by and coach other consultants on the Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) in client engagements
- Tap on the knowledge and experience of the larger Pentafin Temenos Practice to advise clients where you don't have the direct knowledge or experience to handle specific topics
- Lead a team of high-performing consultants for larger deliveries, where such opportunities are available
- Be the champion of positive use and change to increase the adoption and stickiness of the client's Temenos WealthSuite platform
- Provide training, mentorship & guidance to more junior consultants within the Pentafin Temenos Practice
Location & commitments
- Singapore-based role (in various client locations), with ad-hoc regional business travel for client projects and sales support when needed
- Office hours, but with ad-hoc weekend work to support the promotion of deliveries to Production
Candidate requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Banking & Finance / Economics
- Expert in the Temenos WealthSuite Front Office platform functionalities, with at least 5 years of demonstrable similar experience from current or previous roles, in two or more of the following areas of expertise:
- WSFO Core Business (Product Design, Parameterisation, Business Configuration)
- WSFO Core Technical (DDL/UDF/UDE, Formats, Screens, Script Definitions)
- WSFO Technical & Infrastructure (Installation, Upgrades, Load Balancing, Performance Optimisation
- WSFO Integration Framework (IBM Transformation Extender, GWPack, Native Import / Export, TAP Subscription)
- WSFO Interaction Framework (TAP Design Studio, OData APIs configuration & customization)
- WSFO Channels Framework (UXP Design Studio, Workflow design & customization)
- WSFO Integration Framework (ITX, TTI, APIs, Data Extraction & Transformation, Data Migration)
- WSFO Reporting Framework (Actuate, Magellan)
- WSFO Channels Framework (oData, UXP, Infinity)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills along with strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- Organised and takes an autonomous approach towards work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong influencing skills
- Strong team leadership and mentorship qualities
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel
