Principal Consultant (PMO / KYC – Banking)

Our client is looking for Principal Consultant to support a large-scale KYC project within an international bank. This role sits within the PMO function, focusing on governance, delivery tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams (ongoing, new implementations, and Phase 2 initiatives).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end PMO support (planning, tracking, reporting, governance)
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management
• Support governance activities (meetings, minutes, action tracking)
• Coordinate across Business, IT, Operations, Compliance, and vendors
• Support KYC-related business analysis, requirements, and UAT tracking
• Escalate risks/issues with clear mitigation plans

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years experience in PMO / Project Management / Business Analysis within banking
• Experience in regulatory or IT-driven projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
