Job Description

  • Must have 9+ years of experience in Business Analysis in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Banking, with solid understanding of corporate banking products, business functions, and end-to-end operational workflows.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Corporate Banking concepts and workflows practical business/domain expertise is essential.
  • Proven experience in Payments, including Cross-border Payments, SWIFT (MT/MX), RTGS, ISO 20022, and payment lifecycle.
  • Able to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FSD, User Stories) and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, operations, technology teams, and external vendors throughout the SDLC.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, approval workflows, reconciliation, and related regulatory or compliance requirements.
  • Experience in Agile delivery using tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
