Experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering related roles, with at least 5 years of experience specializing in SIEM/Splunk engineering or observability in financial or regulated environments.
Experience working in banking, fintech, or insurance domains is required.
Proven hands-on expertise in SIEM platforms such as Splunk (mandatory) and ELK/Elastic stack.
Strong experience in automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and CI/CD tools.
Experience integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS (CloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrail), Azure (Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights), and tools like Datadog and ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of SRE principles, including service health modelling and error budgets.
Experience in designing and implementing auto-remediation solutions to improve system reliability.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform deep-dive investigations and develop long-term preventive solutions.
