Job Description

  • Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level workflow or BPM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one BPM platform: Pega, IBM FileNet, or OpenText.
  • Strong system analysis skills with exposure to distributed architectures and integration landscapes.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and system-to-system communication.
  • Experience in workflow design, process modeling, and business process optimization.
  • Solid understanding of data mapping, data flows, and SQL/database concepts.
  • Ability to interpret complex business processes and convert them into scalable technical workflow solutions.
