Lead and mentor regional teams, driving resource planning, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to strategic programs such as core banking migration from Mainframe to Temenos T24 and digital trade platform enablement.
Drive requirement analysis, functional specifications, and implementation planning, translating complex business needs (LC, BG, Collections, Open Account, SWIFT messaging) into scalable technical solutions with minimal disruption to existing processes.
Spearhead incident, problem, and change management activities by coordinating cross-functional teams (infra, DBA, vendors), performing root cause analysis, and ensuring rapid resolution with near-zero business impact in mission-critical banking systems.
Manage release cycles and testing environments (SIT, UAT, Production), including defect tracking, regression validation, and deployment coordination, while continuously improving delivery processes and system performance.
