- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AS400 program as according to business user's requirement. AS400(IBM iSeries), RPGLE/AS400, AS400/Query, SQL and DB2 experience is essential to perform task efficiency.
- Be responsible to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Be responsible for unit testing, debugging, performance testing, support full project SDLC, documentation, code review and troubleshooting.
- Be accountable for on-time delivery of all documentations, design, build, testing, and deployment according to the work breakdown structures
- Work with production support teams as required to support production activities, including production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities
- When necessary, you will escalate critical technical issues and potential problems as needed to the Application Lead, Project Manager to address any related issues in advance of deadlines.
- To work on toolset (ALDON, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Veracode, JIRA and Confluence)
- To track project status progress and follow up with respective parties for updates
- To provide weekly project progress reports and meeting minutes writing
Requirements:
. Should have strong experience in RPGLE/400 and DB2 and at least 5-6 years of implementation experience.
. Good understanding of IT security and experience in design and development cash management module.
. Be independent, a quick learner and good team player
. Have experience in all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
. Comfortable working in a challenging environment
