Principal Consultant

• Lead and manage banking domain projects with a focus on process assurance and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder management, engaging with business users, technology teams, and senior management.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, process documents, and risk registers.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance project efficiency and compliance.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide clear and concise communication across all levels of stakeholders, ensuring transparency in progress and escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience within the Banking domain is mandatory.
• Strong background in process assurance, governance, and compliance.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders.
• Excellent documentation skills - ability to prepare clear, structured, and detailed project deliverables.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
• Knowledge of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements is essential.
