Job Description

  • Support banking technology initiatives across the SDLC, translating business requirements into clear system/functional requirements, analysing application and data requirements, and supporting technology solutions in collaboration with business users, developers, testers and cross-functional teams.
  • Perform detailed data and system analysis using SQL, data mapping and validation techniques, including source-to-target mapping, data interpretation, investigation of data quality issues and structured problem-solving across application and database environments.
  • Support ETL and data-integration activities using Informatica-related workflows, with exposure to ETL concepts, data validation, integration analysis and coordination with technology teams to ensure accurate and reliable data movement.
  • Drive functional and integration testing activities, including test support, defect investigation, impact analysis, issue resolution and application/production support, with exposure to incident and problem management within Agile/SDLC environments.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality business and technical documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, analysis outputs and data-related documentation, while supporting risk assessment, mitigation and enterprise architecture alignment.
