Job Description

  • Must have 10+ years of experience in banking technology, software delivery, or digital transformation programs.
  • Hands on experience in leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital banking transformation, modernization, and migration programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery milestones.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale application modernization, migration, and digital banking initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Exposure to Payments, Treasury, Liquidity Management, Financial Reference Data, or Core Banking domains will be advantageous.
