Principal Consultant / Associate Director - Executive Search

TENTEN Partners is a specialist executive search firm headquartered in Singapore, recruiting mid-to-senior and executive talent across Technology, Data & AI, Cyber Security, Project & Change, Product, Risk, Compliance and Finance.

Our clients include leading organisations across Financial Services, Insurance and Management Consulting, with opportunities to work across Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and the Philippines.

We're looking for experienced recruiters to join us at Principal Consultant or Associate Director level.

This is not a high-volume recruitment role. We want people who know their market, can build trusted relationships and are comfortable working independently.

You might be strongest at growing strategic accounts, winning new business, or a combination of both.

What you'll do

• Own and develop a specialist market.
• Build senior client and candidate relationships.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver mid-to-senior and executive search assignments.
• Provide market insight and trusted advice to clients.
• Collaborate across TENTEN and regional markets.
• Build your profile through networking, market insight and client engagement.
• At AD level, contribute to practice growth, mentoring and strategy.

What we're looking for

• Strong agency recruitment or executive search experience.
• Expertise in one or more of our specialist markets.
• Experience across Financial Services, Insurance, Consulting or related sectors.
• Strong account management and/or business development capability.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Commercial judgement, independence and resilience.
• High standards of professionalism, candidate care and integrity.
• A collaborative mindset.

Salary

• Principal Consultant: S$8,000-S$11,000
• Associate Director: S$11,000-S$14,000
