Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Project Leader where you will spearhead architectural design projects while mentoring team members and ensuring stellar client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead a project team and provide technical leadership on architectural design matters. Oversee design execution and ensure solutions are optimized to meet client requirements. Conduct feasibility studies and deliver design proposal presentations. Engage in business development to identify and target specific markets and project opportunities. Liaise with clients to discuss project-related issues and ensure clear communication. Negotiate design requirements and project progress with contractors. Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to ensure compliance with necessary standards.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Proficient in BIM (Revit), Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
