Principal Architect in AI Projects

This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business objectives with technical execution and drive enterprise-scale AI innovation.

We are seeking a Senior Principal AI Architect to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior technology stakeholders. The role is responsible for defining AI strategy, shaping enterprise-wide AI roadmaps, and designing scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation, with a proven track record of leading AI adoption programs from strategy through implementation and scale.

A successful hire for this role will have extensive leadership experience in enterprise AI strategy, AI architecture, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, cloud-based AI platforms, AI governance, and large-scale AI transformation programs, with a proven ability to advise executive stakeholders and drive business-led AI innovation.

• 20 years of experience in technology and solution architecture, including 3+ years leading AI-driven transformation programs.
• Proven leadership experience as a Principal Architect, Enterprise Architect, AI Architect, or senior advisory/consulting leader.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, AI platform architecture, and AI governance.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, including GPUs, model serving, orchestration platforms, cloud-native architectures, observability, and capacity planning.
• Experience advising executive stakeholders on AI strategy, responsible AI, operating models, and enterprise-wide adoption.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and thought leadership capabilities.
• Having a educational credential in Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced AI/technology qualifications are highly preferred.
