You will drive supply-demand alignment, secure revenue commitments, and coordinate cross-functional execution across manufacturing, procurement, material planning, and sales. This role uses data-driven insight and automation to improve planning effectiveness and maximize revenue attainment.

- Balancecustomerdemand,fabcapacity,materialreadiness,andcycle-timeconstraintstooptimizeproductionoutput.
- Driveweekly,monthly,andquarterlyplanningreviewstoensurealignmentbetweendemand,supply,andbusinessobjectives.
- Identifyandmitigatesupplyrisks,capacitybottlenecks,andexecutiongapsacrossmultipletechnologynodesandmanufacturingsites.
- MonitorkeyplanningKPIsincluding order commit,starts,shipments,backlog,cycletime, OTD andcapacityutilization.

- Partnerwithstrategicandhigh-impactcustomerstosecuredemandcommitmentsanddriverevenueattainment.
- Leadsupply planning discussions,includingdemandreviews,shipmentrecoveryplans,allocationmanagement,andupsideopportunities.

- Identifyopportunitiestoautomateplanningprocesses,reporting,andanalyticsworkflows.

- Leverageadvancedanalytics,PowerBI,Python,AItools,anddigitaltechnologiestoimproveplanningeffectiveness.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on production planning or supply-demand balancing.
- Strong data capability is essential - advanced Excel, Power BI dashboarding, and the ability to analyze large datasets into decision-ready recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor or wafer fab experience, with familiarity in cycle times, WIP management, and multi-site manufacturing networks.
- Prior exposure to execution planning or order commit processes, plus Python or automation skills applied to planning workflows.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or a Master's degree is a plus.
