This role is part of the asset optimization team and it involves designing systems and processes to increase the productivity of manufacturing.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develops, designs, plans, and implements Enterprise Refurbished tools purchased business process together with AME, procurement, GAP, IE, Finance, Legal & etc
- Driving refurb tool purchase discussion & alignment among Global team for the best cost, timing, technical/capability, manufacturing efficiency decision for the company in every tool purchase
- Evaluates & include new refurbishers into the procurement system/database for better cost opportunities
- Establishes/enhance the systematic process for OEM vs Refurbisher tool purchase comparison globally
- Develops and maintains metrics to measure refurbishers rating, performance by expertise/region
- Documents and ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in tool sales/procurement, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team workers, independent and self-disciplined.
