Principal AI Solution Architect

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Engineer, Cloud & Object Storage Architect and Data analytics with expertise in enterprise IT, cloud-native development, and large-scale data solutions. You should be able to lead pre-sales and post-sales engagements, conduct architecture design, and integrate APIs for complex enterprise environments. The individual is a good team player and is able to engage and interact with internal and external stakeholders.

. Manage and support product installation, upgrades, and implementation, offering hands-on consulting and troubleshooting to ensure timely project completion.

. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support delivering technical workshops/trainings, architecture design sessions, solution white papers/documentation, and API integration consulting.

. Implement DevOps/MLops pipelines for AI workload, ensuring data movement between storage tier and compute environment.

. Design and build scalable applications and systems, write clean and efficient code and automate tasks.

. Collaborate with Partners and Customer to build data access APIs, Storage Orchestration services and automation Frameworks.

. Isolates and troubleshoots incidents when necessary.

. Performs service incident coordination when necessary.

. Performs software/firmware management assistance and collaboration.

. Recommends procedure changes that result in operational optimization.

. Provides performance tuning recommendations

. Creates operational reports.

. And any other ad hoc requirements

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer

2. Knowledge and experience in Data Platform teams, specializing in Elastic Cloud Storage (ECS - now ObjectScale), Dell Data Lakehouse, and cloud solutions

3. Good communications skills

4. Able to work independently and in teams

5. Project management skills with experience in handling internal and external stakeholders
