What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

• Architect sophisticated, scalable AI solutions that span GenAI, cognitive infrastructure, and edge-to-cloud deployment models.
• Lead architectural design discussions with enterprise clients, providing deep expertise across GPU/NPU optimization, data centers, AI PCs, and public cloud platforms.
• Stay hands-on with emerging technologiesKubernetes, open-source AI frameworks, and GenAI platforms like GPT, BERT, DALLE, Gemini.

Innovation & Delivery

• Translate business vision into AI-powered MVPs, accelerating client value with rapid prototyping and agile delivery.
• Evaluate and modernize existing enterprise systems by integrating state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Spearhead GenAI adoption strategies, optimizing architectures for performance, efficiency, and responsible governance.

Thought Leadership

• Act as a visible industry influencer: publish whitepapers, lead workshops, deliver strategic briefings, and speak at global AI forums.
• Advise clients on AI roadmap development, responsible AI practices, and integration strategies aligned to enterprise goals.
• Build and nurture high-impact, consultative relationships with stakeholders across industries.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work across multiple client engagements, delivering strategic outcomes and ensuring technical excellence.
• Partner with internal teams and global tech giants to drive innovation and share best practices.
• Mentor engineering teams, foster a culture of innovation, and stay deeply connected to the technical community.

What You Bring

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in architecture; 7+ years in software engineering.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Programming Skills: Strong coding ability in Python, Java, or Go.
• AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of ML algorithms, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), NLP, model fine-tuning, and LLMOps.
• Toolchain Familiarity: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Copilot engineering, and open-source ecosystems.
• Ethics & Governance: Understanding of Responsible AI, bias mitigation, and AI governance strategies.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align AI capabilities with long-term business objectives and transformation goals.
