Looking for a School Graphic Designer at (MOE Pri School)
Contract Period: 1st Feb 2026 to 31st Jan 2027
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
The Services required are set out as follows:
The designer will work closely with the school's publicity team or designated point of contact to translate concepts and information into high-quality visual assets. The services required are set out as follows which include but are not limited to:
Digital and Print Publications
1. School Newsletter - Design and layout forthe semestral digital and print newsletter.
2. Social Media Content - Creation of static graphics,engaging photo collages, and templates for posts on social media platforms.
3. School Website - Design and create visual elements for the school website such as:
a. Web banners and hero images
b. Custom graphics and icons
c. Page layout mock-ups - providing visual mock-ups.
4. Video Content and Reels - Editing and producing short, dynamic videos for school publicity, social media reels, and event recaps that includes basic motion graphics, photography/videography, adding text overlays, sound mixing and ensuring cohesive look and feel.
5. Corporate Collaterals and Branding
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. At least 2 years of experience has a strong portfolio to demonstrate skills in both print and digital design, including layout, typography, and photo/video editing.
2. Ability to create engaging video content and simple motion graphics for social media.
3. Has strong illustration skills with a definable style, and versatility to adapt to school's needs.
4. Meticulous attention to details.
5. With excellent communication skills.
