The Executive - Pricing & Quotation, Revenue & Funnel Management, is responsible for supporting the quotation, tender preparation, pricing administration, sales order acceptance and related commercial processes for idsMED Singapore.
The role supports the reporting manager in ensuring that quotation, tender and order acceptance activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and approval requirements. The role also helps to maintain proper process control, pricing accuracy, document standardisation and timely coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and coordination of quotations, RFQs, tender documents and order acceptance requirements within agreed timelines. The role will maintain cost and list price information, support pricing updates, ensure alignment between customer purchase orders and approved quotations, and help resolve issues related to order acceptance and sales order confirmation.
The Executive will work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Medical Specialty Care and other cross-functional teams to support deal-specific costing, pricing governance, contract documentation and customer-related commercial matters. The role may also support customer contract management, demo asset control and other country transformation projects as assigned.
As part of continuous improvement, the role will support data collection, dashboard reporting and basic analytics using tools such as Excel and Power BI. The Executive may assist in preparing reports and insights on quotation volume, tender status, pricing trends, order acceptance cycle time, process bottlenecks and revenue funnel visibility. Where appropriate and approved by the company, the role may also support the use of AI-enabled tools for document review, tender summarisation, data checking, reporting preparation and process improvement.
The candidate should be meticulous, responsible and comfortable working with data, documents and internal stakeholders. He / She should be able to follow through on tasks, identify issues early, support process improvement and contribute positively to the team.
Requirements
Recognised Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in pricing, quotation, tender support, sales operations, commercial operations or order processing.
Experience in Excel, basic analytics or Power BI dashboard support will be advantageous.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Meticulous, analytical and responsible.
Able to support process improvement, data accuracy and reporting discipline.
Familiarity with pricing, quotation, tender, sales order or contract administration processes will be advantageous.
