Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, competitor positioning, and product cost structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive profitability analysis and align on key business and pricing requirements
Provide strategic guidance on long-term profitability improvement initiatives, including product portfolio and lifecycle optimization.
Create pricing models, profitability analytics, and decision-support tools to support commercial and strategic decision-making
Partner closely with sales, product management, and finance teams to ensure effective implementation and communication of pricing strategies.
Monitor pricing performance, sales trends, revenue, and profitability metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Drive continuous enhancement of pricing processes, reporting, training, and risk management initiatives to strengthen commercial effectiveness.
Requirements:
Degree in Business / Engineering / Finance
At least five years of progressive pricing and/or product management experience driving activities that influence and impact profitability
Experience managing and analyzing complex pricing structures, including list pricing, customer-specific pricing, rebates, and product margins across large product portfolios.
Strong ability to influence and challenge cross-functional stakeholders, particularly sales and product management teams, on pricing and margin strategies.
Proven experience implementing large-scale pricing adjustments across multiple customer groups, product categories, and market segments
