We are partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Pricing & Legal Project Management (LPM) Manager to support its APAC practice.
This is a regional role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy, pricing, and legal service delivery, working closely with Partners and global stakeholders.
The Role
You will act as a key advisor to Partners and practice groups across APAC, driving both pricing strategy and matter delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading pricing strategy, including fee structuring, RFP support, and rate negotiations
- Partnering with lawyers on complex matters across the full lifecycle (scoping, budgeting, delivery, and review)
- Advising on alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) and building financial models
- Embedding legal project management (LPM) best practices to enhance efficiency, profitability, and client experience
- Supporting cross-border initiatives and collaborating with global pricing and LPM teams
- Delivering training and driving adoption of tools, processes, and innovation across the region
Requirements
- Proven experience in pricing, legal project management, or commercial finance within a law firm, or professional services environment.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Experience supporting complex, multi-jurisdictional matters or proposals
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
- Familiarity with legal tech / data tools is advantageous
