- We are looking for a Pricing Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Fuels Pricing team.
- Candidates who are immediately available or able to start within short notice will be preferred.

The Talent
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing, commercial operations, business analysis, reporting, data analytics, or operational process support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business systems, pricing processes and operational workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data, reporting and reconciliation.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power Query, DAX, PowerFX, macros, Azure or Databricks will be an advantage.
- Experience with Fuels, commercial, pricing, SAP or pricing operations will be a plus.
- Experience supporting transition activities, process documentation, operational controls, reconciliation or process improvement will be a plus.
Job Description
- Provide business, operational, analytical and digital support to the Fuels Pricing organization during the transition period.
- Support regional and country pricing teams with day-to-day pricing activities and business-critical priorities.
- Support pricing workflows, price setting, price notifications and related system activities where required.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and data analysis to support pricing insights and management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel-based reporting solutions where applicable.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of pricing information.
- Support underlying data sources, reporting processes, automations and integrations where required.
- Assist with pricing process documentation and transition readiness activities.
- Support operational controls and follow up on pricing-related issues and discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with regional and country pricing teams, Finance, Digital & Analytics, IT and other transition stakeholders.
- Provide flexible support across different pricing priorities, with responsibilities adjusted according to business needs and individual capabilities.
