Responsibilities
- Work within a team of pricing specialists and analysts to update and maintain AEG's database of fuel supply costs, logistics costs, airport fees, taxes, and related charges in order to assemble total delivered costs in a structured and accurate manner, on a timely basis and consistently error-free.
- Ensure AEG's database is structured in such a way so as to allow for optimal sales decisions, fuel dispatching, and an efficient billing process to be completed.
- Create, implement, monitor, and report to pricing manager Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Promote efficiencies in AEG's pricing management and analysis process by engaging with AEG's technology team to automate various functions and reduce the need for human data entry.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply, Billing, and Segment leaders to support all facets of margin management for AEG's fuel sales portfolio through the regular analysis and reporting on various pricing strategies performance.
- Proactively add value by developing, justifying, and implementing process efficiencies in support of AEG's pricing platform and processes.
- Coordinate with AEG Billing department to answer invoice queries and payable processing challenges.
- Provide recommendations and insight on existing and new processes that support the efficient and accurate maintenance of AEG's pricing database.
- Serve as a role model and ambassador for AEG's Core Values in every aspect of the position.
- Maximize employee engagement levels in building a high-performance team and culture through effective performance management, communication, and coaching.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Past experience in aviation or aviation related field.
- Comfort with database driven enterprise system (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Ability to professionally interact with others at all levels across the organization.
- Strong attention to detail.,
- A high level of interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of departments and understand their needs.
- Identify potential problems, present alternatives, and propose solutions.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
