Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements, prepare RFQ details, internal co-ordination, and adjustment ensure all details completed according to customers requirement and management's direction within timeline.
• Work closely with Key Account Management Team (KAM) and Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions and rates strategy.
• Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.
• Communicate and co-ordinate directly with internal stakeholders to prepare the tender/RFQ scope and specifications.
• Tariff maintenance and updates.
• Implementation of awarded tender/RFQ.
• Continuous improvement of processes.
• Handle internal dispute.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• A team player, but able to work independently set own agenda under own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Great attitude, well organised, detail oriented, good sense of numbers, and committed to excellence
