1. Pricing Strategy & Analysis
- Develop consistent and competitive pricing for global and regional bids.
- Analyze customer requirements and build pricing strategies based on target pricing, service needs, and profitability.
- Conduct deep cost and profitability analysis, benchmark against competitors, and recommend improvements.
- Support bid teams with pricing inputs and justification of proposed rates.
2. Pricing Implementation & Review
- Review pricing outcomes for tenders (won/lost), and identify lessons learned.
- Perform post-implementation reviews to assess profitability and alignment with expectations.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
3. Process Improvement
- Help design tools, templates, and procedures to improve pricing workflows.
- Lead training sessions for internal teams on pricing processes and systems.
- Recommend enhancements for better accuracy, speed, and efficiency in pricing.
4. Advisory & Support Role
- Act as a key contact for pricing support across global regions.
- Work closely with country pricing managers, especially for large or complex bids.
- Provide insights for tender reviews and participate in special pricing projects.
