Pricing Analyst & Legal Ops

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years experience in pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial modelling, matter profitability, pricing strategy, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to deliver commercial insights that support business growth and client value.

Who are we looking for

There is currently an increased demand for experienced Pricing Analysts to support leading legal and professional services organisations across the APAC region. We are interested in commercially minded professionals with the following attributes:

• 3+ years experience in pricing, financial analysis, commercial finance, legal operations, or related fields within a law firm or professional services environment
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; professional qualifications are advantageous
• Experience developing financial models and analysing profitability, pricing, budgets, and forecasts
• Exposure to alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), RFPs, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Experience partnering with Finance, Business Development, Legal Operations, and business teams
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is desirable
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly regarded
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
• Availability to commence on short notice is preferred
