2026 Job Title: Pricing Actuary Intern
Duration: Full time, minimum 6 months
Job Summary
- Support actuarial tasks and daily business activities under supervision.
- Perform statistical analyses, model, monitor and analyze data
- Apply coding skills (R, Python) to solve real-life business challenges and streamline processes.
- Conduct market research, understanding pricing fundamentals through use of pricing tools
- Work independently and collaborate well within the actuarial team
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Enrolled in or completed a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, R, and Python, SQL, Alteryx, Databricks
- Knowledge of actuarial principles and responsibilities
- Problem solving skills in a customer focused environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
