Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Technician (North)

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on semiconductor equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet module production goals.

• Technical Support: Assist tool owners with fab technical activities, including troubleshooting, equipment modifications, installations, and de-installations.

• Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate and manage the logistics for new and used equipment parts.

• Safety & Housekeeping: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and maintain the safe custody of module tools and property. Ensure pristine housekeeping across the production floor, sub-fab, office, and maintenance support areas, including the preparation and maintenance of PM jigs and tools.

• Reporting: Report directly to the Project Manager regarding daily tasks and status updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Nitec (preferred) or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.

• Experience:

  • Prior experience working with semiconductor modules is preferred.

  • Background in Diffusion, Implant, CVD, PVD, or CMP processes is a strong advantage, though candidates with broader semiconductor-related experience are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts using a 4-3-3-4 day pattern (Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
