Pressure Vessel Engineer Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Follows established procedures and guidelines to design, install products and services that is required by the Organisation / Client.

. Reviews / implements project / job specification.

. Carry out basic and detailed engineering design including calculations / analysis as per project requirements.

. Prepares detailed material take-off for project procurement and tender proposals.

. Assists in preparing cost estimate for tender proposal.

. Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes

. Adheres to ISE, Client and International Standards quality requirements in the execution of works as applicable.

. Instructs, supervises, manages and monitors the Designers in the course of work.

. Provides technical assistance to Construction Team

. Attends to Site checks / verification

Requirements:

. Degree in Mechanical Engineering

. Familiar with related industrial code and standard such as API 650, API 620, EN14015, ASME Section VIII, division 1 or 2.

. Minimum of 3 years in the relevant working experience in design and drafting of tanks and pressure vessels in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries.

. Computer literate and good hands-on experience on applications such as Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and tank software.

. Matured personality and being able to work independently

. Good interpersonal, time management and decision making skills
