You will be the architect of our most critical narratives. This goes beyond making slides look good. You will be a strategic partner in visual storytelling, ensuring every transition, animation, and visual sequence serves a higher purpose: to compellingly communicate our vision and move our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize & Storytell: Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to translate complex ideas into a clear, compelling visual narrative. You will champion the idea that a deck is a narrative tool to sell a dream.
- Design & Animate Mastery: Create stunning, animated decks that are both beautiful and strategically sharp. Your work will set the standard for visual communication.
- Elevate the Creative Brief: Actively challenge and refine creative briefs from a strategic visual perspective. Ask why to ensure the visual approach aligns with and amplifies the core message.
- Engineer Seamless Flow: Apply refined animations and advanced presentation techniquessuch as seamless object continuity, smooth element transformations, and multi-layer animation sequencesto create a cinematic, uninterrupted journey from slide to slide.
- Own the Motion Workflow: Leverage deep proficiency in PowerPoint's motion tools to build sophisticated, efficient, and reliable animated presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications, Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in presentation design or visual communications.
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional strategic visual storytelling through presentation decks.
- Master-level skills in PowerPoint motion workflows, including:
- (1) Object-based transitions and morphing.
- (2) Smooth animations and transformations.
- (3) Advanced sequencing and timing for layered narratives.
- (4) The innate ability to think story-first, animation-second.
- (5) Proven experience building decks that are designed to persuade high-stakes audiences.
- (6) Familiarity collaborating on Figma.
- Advantageous to have working experience with Keynote and/or Google Slides animation capabilities.
- Background in motion graphics (After Effects, etc.) is a plus, but core proficiency must be in presentation software.
