Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging Japanese language lessons tailored to preschool and kindergarten learners.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and language development.
- Incorporate songs, stories, games, and visual tools to make lessons interactive and enjoyable.
- Track and document children's attendance and learning progress.
- Work closely with fellow educators and communicate feedback to parents as needed.
- Identify and refer children for additional support if learning challenges are observed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching Japanese to young children, ideally in an early childhood or preschool setting.
- Solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching techniques.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about nurturing young learners.
- Willingness to commit to regular working hours on a long-term basis.
- Basic English communication skills for interaction with staff and parents
