We are a vibrant preschool dedicated to nurturing young minds and fostering a lifelong love for learning. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teachers (English& Chinese Language) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the early developmental years of children through a holistic, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Classroom Management
- Deliver and evaluate age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans.
- Create a safe, clean, vibrant, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning and discovery.
- Manage classroom routines and foster positive behavior through supportive, encouraging guidance.
Child Development & Assessment
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning portfolios and developmental milestones.
Partnering with Families & Community
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with parents through regular updates, communication apps, and Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
- Plan and participate in center events and excursions.
Requirements
For English Language Teachers:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent recognized by ECDA.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English to deliver the English curriculum effectively.
- Registered with ECDA as an L2 teacher.
For Chinese Language Teachers (华文老师):
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (Chinese) / 幼儿教育大专文凭 (DECCE-T CL) or equivalent recognized by ECDA.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin to deliver the Chinese language and culture curriculum effectively.
- Registered with ECDA as an L2 (CL) teacher.
