Your Role:
As a Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans in line with MindChamps curriculum and teaching philosophy
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe and document children's learning and development
- Prepare developmental portfolios and progress reports
- Work closely with parents to build strong school-home partnerships
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team spirit in the centre
- Guide and support assistant teachers where necessary
Who We're Looking For:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) - DECCE-T
- ECDA Certified L1 or L2
- Passionate about teaching and caring for young children
- Positive, energetic and a strong team player
- Good communication and classroom management skills
