Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and implement classroom programmes following centre policies and the ECDA framework to ensure curriculum compliance and quality learning outcomes
- Manage all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that that promotes children's curiosity and active learning
- Chart developmental progress and prepare detailed portfolios for each child
- Partner closely with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and involvement in school events
- Foster teamwork and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Certified by ECDA at L2 category
- Energetic, creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Reliable and collaborative team player
