Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programs in class
- Keep accurate records of children's progress
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Use positive guidance strategies and techniques
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the school
- Maintain and build strong relationships with the students and their parents.
- Assist the Principal with added responsibilities such as vetting of the newsletters/progress reports/portfolios, organisation of events and planning of excursions
- Conduct in-house training for teachers
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T)
- Creative and inspiring with a loving energy for children
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese
- Willingness to be a team player in a child-oriented environment
