Preschool Programmes Facilitator
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and responsible Part-Time Programme Facilitator to work with preschool-aged children. This role involves conducting and delivering programme content in an engaging, interactive manner that supports early childhood development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct and deliver pre-planned educational programme sessions to preschool students (ages 4-6).
- Create a lively and interactive classroom environment through storytelling, music, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
- Encourage participation and engagement while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning space.
- Assist in setting up and packing down materials before and after each session.
- Observe and report on children's participation and progress where required.
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken English able to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Able to commit to scheduled programme dates/times reliably.
- Energetic, warm, and patient personality with a passion for early childhood education.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Able to engage a group of young learners through creative and interactive methods.
