We are a Reggio-inspired preschool for children aged 2 months to 6 years, built on six trans-domain programme areas that nurture eight profile attributes: agile, joyful, inquisitive, reflective, honest, resilient, caring and grateful.

The opportunity

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Preschool Principal to lead the next phase of growth at our Oasis campus. This is an early-stage leadership role for someone who wants real ownership over outcomes - building enrolment, strengthening the team, and establishing the campus as the trusted choice for families in Punggol. It's suited to a leader who is motivated by building something, not maintaining what already exists.

What you'll own

• Drive enrolment growth - own the enrolment strategy: outreach, parent engagement and community partnerships to build a thriving student base. Your incentive is tied to this - see Compensation.
• Develop your team - mentor teachers through structured professional development that builds skill, confidence and passion.
• Lead curriculum delivery - oversee our signature inquiry-based, Reggio-inspired curriculum foster curiosity, confidence and emotional intelligence in every child.
• Champion our mission - embed SuperGenius's values across the campus so children, parents and staff feel supported and inspired.
• Strengthen community ties - turn families into advocates through visible results in children's growth.
• Manage operations - run day-to-day operations with full ECDA regulatory compliance, with children's well-being at the centre of every decision.

Who we're looking for

Must-have:

• ECDA L2-certified educator with at least 5 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting
• Holds the Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)

Preferred:

• 3+ years in a leadership or management role SPARK accreditation experience
• Exposure to enrolment or business development
• A track record of mentoring teams and driving results
• Excellent communication and a genuine passion for early childhood education

Compensation

Guaranteed monthly base of SGD $5,500-6,500 (commensurate with experience) plus an uncapped enrolment-growth incentive paid quarterly. On-target total during ramp-up: SGD $7,000-9,000 per month - with no cap on incentive earnings as the campus grows.
