Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and support teachers to achieve high teaching and care standards.
- Build a motivated and positive teaching team.
- Lead the centre to meet company and regulatory objectives.
- Engage parents and staff through open communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations.
- Manage centre budgets and expenditures efficiently.
- Maintain healthy enrolment numbers and ensure parent satisfaction.
- Collaborate with government agencies and business partners.
- Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
Requirements
- Degree in ECCE or equivalent, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in childcare (infant care preferred).
- Mandarin-speaking ability is essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking parents.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Experience in international childcare management is a plus.
